1. Digital Product — No Refunds
The Letter Writing Guide is a digital educational course delivered as a video course and a downloadable PDF. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly (or shortly after payment verification), it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Once you receive the link to view the course and download the PDF, you have received the full value of the product. Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a legitimate charge, or if you use a fraudulent credit card or stolen payment method, the following will occur:
- Immediate denial of all support — including lifetime updates, text support, and any future assistance.
- Removal of your course access — you will no longer be able to view the course or download the PDF.
- Reporting to law enforcement — we work closely with law enforcement and payment processors to report credit card fraud and fraudulent chargebacks.
- Permanent ban — you will be banned from purchasing any future products or services from Alan's Accelerator.
We take fraud seriously. If you have a legitimate concern about your purchase, contact us directly before filing a chargeback. We are reasonable people and will work with you in good faith. But if you try to steal from us, we will pursue every legal avenue available.
