Terms of Service & Warranty Limitations
2-Week Limited Warranty: The 50k+ follower account comes with a 14-day warranty that ONLY covers account loss due to an external platform-wide ban wave (e.g., TikTok mass-banning accounts without individual policy violation). If such an event occurs within 14 days of delivery and is not caused by your actions, Alan will provide a one-time replacement account with similar metrics.
- ✖ Bans caused by anything you post, say, or upload (inappropriate content, copyright strikes, spam, harassment, policy violations).
- ✖ Bans resulting from previous association with other banned accounts (logging in from a device or IP that had a banned TikTok account).
- ✖ Bans due to improper warm-up or not following Alan's specific onboarding instructions.
- ✖ Bans triggered by third-party tools, automation, or prohibited growth services.
- ✖ Any account restriction caused by your own negligence, content decisions, or failing to secure the account.
Mandatory Safety Recommendations (to protect your investment)
To maximize account security and avoid warranty voidance, Alan strongly recommends the following best practices before logging into your new 50k+ account:
- ✅ Use a fresh, unique device — an Android smartphone, iPhone, or iPad that has never logged into any TikTok account before (especially not a banned one).
- ✅ If you don't have a spare device, factory reset your current device to remove any app data or blacklisted tokens from previous TikTok activity. This ensures a clean environment.
